What’s Included During a Weekly Service Visit?
Every weekly visit may include:
- Skimming the water surface and removing debris
- Blowing off surrounding decking as needed
- Vacuuming the pool
- Brushing walls and tile when necessary
- Emptying skimmer and pump baskets
- Testing and balancing water chemistry according to LSI (Langelier Standard Index) standards
- Inspecting pool equipment for proper operation
Our goal is simple: clean water, reliable equipment, and fewer surprises.
What’s Included in Your Monthly Service Plan?
Weekly service customers also receive routine preventive maintenance designed to protect the longevity and performance of their pool system.
This includes:
- Four filter cleanings annually
- Salt cell cleanings as needed
- Ongoing equipment mointoring and inspections
- Standard maintenance items associated with routine pool care.
All routine chemicals and service materials for normal weekly maintenance are included in your service fee.
Additional Chemicals, Materials & Repairs
Occasionally, pools require products, repairs, or replacement components that fall outside of routine maintenance.
Examples may include:
- Specialty chemicals
- Equipment repairs
- Replacement parts
- Major equipment upgrades
These items are billed separately at current market rates.
We believe in transparency and will always communicate recommended repairs or additional service before work is performed

Customer Responsibilites:
To ensure safe and efficient service, clients are responsible for providing adequate access to the pool area during scheduled service visits.
A clear, and safe pathway should be available between the parking area and pool.
If no hardscape surface exists (such as concrete, asphalt, pavers, or similar walkways), our technique will take reasonable precautions to avoid tracking dirt or debris. However, Integrity Pools & Outdoors cannot be held responsible for unavoidable tracking caused by site condition.

How often are filters cleaned?
Filter cleanings are inculded four times per year as part of our standard service program.

Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have safe access to the pool area and equipment, you do not need to be present during your scheduled service visit.
How will I know stay informed about what’s happening with my pool?
We use the Skimmer app to track service information, appointments, chemical information, and other important details about your pool. Both our team and our customer have access to the information, giving homeowners a greater understanding into what’s happening with their pool.
